My work, passion, and focus is all about the meaningful connections between people and how these connections help us to be more successful, healthier and happier.
Why? I believe deeply connected people, teams, partners, spouses, families and friends…win; they win more often and they win bigger.
You can define winning as a happy marriage, a great father -daughter relationship, best friendship, business or dance partnership…meaningful connection helps you get there and stay there.
I want people to win in their relationships. I want people to be happy as often as possible. I want people to struggle – together – with as much Gratitude and Grace as they can muster towards each other.
Why I Do What I Do
As a result of what I believe (Connection helps people win) and what I want (People to win as often as possible) my work and focus on Connection has only gained momentum.
I am excited to meet and work with anyone who is leaning towards being deeply connected with the person in front of them and, as Valentina says, find and/or create their ‘Happy Ever After’.
What Can You Expect From Working With Me?
A coach who listens carefully, asks direct questions and approaches our time together with patience, passion and a clear focus on the outcomes you say you want for yourself.
In fact, our first step is to ensure we are clear on the outcomes you want and the intentionality you have to reach them.
This will be the beginning of a powerful roadmap that we will define and walk together.
I also hope to provide you with both a lens and a mirror.
The lens is so you can see the world…the impact of what you do, say or your actions on others, and in particular a romantic partner.
Often we think we have a firm handle on this but pressure testing is a way of strengthening that belief and improving the outcomes.

Review of our “Intimacy and Connection Masterclass”, Hong Kong, April 2024
‘I was unsure what to expect and was a little apprehensive beforehand but I immediately felt welcomed by Valentina and James who created a very safe space for people to be open and to share.
The workshop was engaging and informative and there had clearly been a lot of thought and planning as to what to include and what would be most beneficial.
They also established each person’s expectations of the workshop at the start too, which was great.
Throughout, I felt heard and acknowledged without any judgement and it was wonderful to hear others share openly and honestly too.
I gained a lot of insights as to how I can improve my relationships with others in a practical way. And I came away feeling very positive and with lots of things to reflect on and ideas for change.
It was also fun! The time flew by.
Valentina and James work well together to provide a wider perspective on how we view ourselves and how we show up in relationships and I found it incredibly beneficial to get the male perspective from James – there were several ‘a-ha’ moments for the women in the group!
I would highly recommend this workshop for anyone wishing to improve their relationships and feel very grateful to Valentina and James for creating this opportunity.
